CHRIS box AG is a Swiss company and a subsidiary of CHRIS sports AG, which has been active in the sporting goods industry for more than 30 years. With an extensive brand portfolio and many years of experience in distribution and retail, we support selected brands and bring their products to customers. Our warehousing and logistics structures in Switzerland and the EU enable us to serve our sales channels reliably and develop markets efficiently. In doing so, we combine our experience in physical retail with digital solutions and create suitable access to the respective brands and products.
An important part of our development is the expansion of our own sales channels. In 2018, CHRIS box opened Switzerland’s first New Balance Outlet Store at the renowned FoxTown Factory Stores in Mendrisio. Since then, our stores have enabled customers to discover and experience brands and products directly on site. CHRIS box has also continuously expanded its e-commerce activities. In 2020, the official online shops for Keen and New Balance were launched in Switzerland. Today, CHRIS box operates ten brand-specific online shops and continues to develop its digital offering. In addition to Switzerland, CHRIS box is also active in several other European markets. Through the Allbirds online shops, we serve customers in Switzerland, Germany, Italy, France, the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Mountain Hardwear is also available in Switzerland, Austria and Germany.

Customer Service
Our Customer Service team is the direct link to our customers. The team provides expert advice on questions about products, orders and services, while ensuring personal support. Through regular training, our team has extensive product knowledge. Don’t speak German? No problem – our team also speaks French, Italian and English.
Logistics
Our logistics team ensures that orders are processed and shipped reliably. With our warehousing structures in Switzerland and the EU, we can efficiently serve customers across different markets.
Finance
Our Finance team keeps an overview of the company’s figures, processes and operations. It supports the various departments with financial matters and works together with the teams to ensure structured and efficient processes.
Brand & Marketing
Our Brand & Marketing team manages our brands and ensures they are presented in the right way. From product selection and campaigns to content and communication, the team knows the brands and their target audiences.
E-Commerce
Our E-commerce team manages our ten brand online shops and continuously develops them further. The team is responsible for technical management, content maintenance and the ongoing optimisation of the shops.
Working closely with Marketing and other departments, E-commerce ensures that our customers can shop online easily and conveniently.
Young talent
Supporting young talent is important to us, which is why we also train apprentices. Our apprentices gain insights into different areas of CHRIS box – whether as commercial apprentices in the office or in logistics.
Along the way, they gain practical experience and learn about the different processes within our company.
